Reflection of meditation on 18.11.13

Hey friends do you need a ideas how to start a day you can do aerobics, meditation although brain gym and 

many more. similar today we grade 5 started our day from meditation. it was a surprise for many of them 

didn't knew it. when we started everything was quiet i was feeling so red on someone then i concentrated on 

meditation everything was cool my anger was rubbed erased away as well as when our teacher said think 

about your favourite thing as soon as i remembered about the soccer tournament in my mind the talk was 

going on the captainship and the position i get first of all will i be selected or no after wards i thought about 

that. the time was up.
