Reasons Of Bullying 

 There are many causes behind bullying.-: 
  1. Don't like the person being bullied.
  2. They find bullying fun and interesting. 
  3. Like to feel strong.
  4. They think it will make them popular 
Bullying behavior can arise from distrust, fear, misunderstanding, lack of knowledge or jealousy - all factors that schools can address in positive and proactive ways. Bullying can also happen because the student gets a reaction they like. This is where teaching students ways to effectively respond to bullying behavior is helpful.
  • Reflects the attitudes towards bullying in the wider community eg on the sports field, in parliament, 
  • Limited state legislation inadvertently condones school bullying or limits funding programs,
  • Restricted funding reduces training for teachers and limits implementation opportunities for schools to deal with it effectively.
  • Many school deny bullying and refuse to confront it,
  • Some schools pretend to care, show you their policy but don’t actually implement or intervene effectively when kids report bullying. They even allow staff to be bullied.
  • Many teachers are handicapped by a lack of support from senior management at their school.
  • Most schools don’t actively involve or assist the families who role model inappropriate behaviours to their children, influencing them to become targets, bullies or both.
  • Most schools allow teachers or parents to bully or vice versa, creating an inappropriate role model for their children. eg how can a bullied teacher help a bullied child?
  • Most schools don’t place formal expectations upon the onlookers/peer-group/ witnesses to intervene, challenge, report or support both targets and bullies. Many schools adopt the latest fashion in reducing bullying without considering an overall plan and evaluating it regularly,  or they use band-aid approaches.

unit reflection energy

unit- energy

we started with our unit with pre assessment, it was the sorting out activity ms sheherbanoo gave us different picture and we have to sort the pictures in the sheet. in our class every one wrote fossil fuels they were writing something else. we  did a group work in we got a book in a chart paper the main point. we did on mechanical energy. we got to learn about solar car and hydrogen fuel.then there was a activity similar to this is one that we did last every pair was given a source of energy to inquire on we got magnetic energy after making a chart when we presented the class got to know about the magnetic energy. there was a fact all the steel sticks to a man, like a magnet. Science day the science fair started with a sad mood no one came to our station and then people came and they enjoy my board game when i gave them stars they were very happy.he most enjoyable thing was making a board game in science fair and for the assessment because what i think is our was the most creative in all.

farzan has enjoyed this unit he was a good inquirer he read the books related energy and he took interviews he come to home and shares how can we make our home sustainable and shared what ever he learned he says this was his favorite unit this year.

reflection during the unit

first we started with our pre assessment.  it was how many words you know you should write for ex-a for arms. then we did a activity there were groups divided every group got a system our task was to search about the particular system our group got resperative system and we have to make a 3d  model of it by using waste newspapers we have to make a nose esophagus, then lungs at last but not the least we made a diaphragm. another activity was the experiment with a 1.5 liter bottle and a small balloon in the end a plastic cover fist mam cut the bottle and ther then cover the space part with the cover then insted of cap put a balloon if you the push the cover out side balloon will blow. we learned about the circulatory system and about resperative system we are learning about the digestive system. another activity we did was out side the staff room there was a activity through which we learned about the process first where dose the oxygen and then where it goes.

Reflection of meditation on 18.11.13

Hey friends do you need a ideas how to start a day you can do aerobics, meditation although brain gym and 

many more. similar today we grade 5 started our day from meditation. it was a surprise for many of them 

didn't knew it. when we started everything was quiet i was feeling so red on someone then i concentrated on 

meditation everything was cool my anger was rubbed erased away as well as when our teacher said think 

about your favourite thing as soon as i remembered about the soccer tournament in my mind the talk was 

going on the captainship and the position i get first of all will i be selected or no after wards i thought about 

that. the time was up.
